To ensure that Service Providers and their staff have the essential knowledge to deliver the highest quality service to each participant.

ACIS certified service providers staff from senior management to coordinators and other staff.

  • Understand the guiding principles of ACIS 2018 Essential Support Level: Part 3 and Part 4

  • Identify the detailed requirements of Level 1- Essential Support Level:

    • Service Delivery

    • Service Environment

  • Recognize the key outcomes for Part 3 and Part 4

  • Understand the steps to the certification process

  • Prepare and manage on-site audits
