The webinar explores the components of the quality framework and provides essential information to prepare for ACIS 2018 certification, the auditing processes and what it might mean for your organisation.

The focus of Webinar 1 is on ACIS 2018 – Essential Support Level – Part 1 and Part 2:

  • Part 1: Service User Rights and Responsibilities

  • Part 2: Organisational Management

  • This training is delivered by a Subject Matter Expert with knowledge and skills that are relevant to the topics being taught.

    Objective of the sessions

    To ensure that Service Providers and their staff have the essential knowledge and skills to deliver the highest quality service to each service user.

    ACIS certified service providers staff from senior management to coordinators and other staff.

    • Understand the guiding principles of ACIS 2018 and the auditor’s perspective

    • Identify the detailed requirements of Level 1 – Essential Support Level:

    • Corporate Governance

    • Clinical Governance

    • Understand the steps to the certification process
