This foundation level training will give attendees a basic introduction to what Clinical Management is and how it applies to the Community Sector.
Attendees will be introduced to the importance of clinical risk management.
The aim of this session is to provide you with an understanding of the importance of Clinical Risk Management in the Community Sector and how to apply them to your organisation.
This training is intended for managers and service coordination staff.
At the completion of this session you should be able to:
• Understand the aim and importance of clinical risk in the community sector
• Apply your learnings into creating opportunities to improve accountability and ensuring quality care and services are delivered
• Transfer your knowledge into ways of managing and preventing incidents, risks and complaints in the clinical setting
