This foundation level training will give attendees a basic introduction to Clinical Governance Attendees will be introduced to the importance of clinical governance within the community sector.
The aim of this session is to provide you with an understanding of the importance of Clinical Governance in the community sector and how to apply them to your organisation.
This training is intended for managers and service coordination staff.
At the completion of this session you should be able to:
• Understand the aim and importance of clinical governance in the community sector
• Apply your learnings into creating opportunities to improve accountability and ensuring quality care and services are delivered
• Transfer your knowledge into ways of managing and preventing incidents, risks and complaints in the clinical setting
